I am a strategist who specialises in resolving the complexity encountered in digital and customer experience with user centered solutions. I follow a process that involves the whole team early and throughout the project, while keeping the end user at the heart of what we're creating. I have a focus on wellness, empowerment, and fun when delivering projects with teams.

I lead user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) projects for large organisations; starting with understanding the problems worth solving, to validating approaches with future users, all the way through to delivery. I also have a  background in leading the strategy on communications and marketing campaigns, which ensures I always bring a 'how is this going to sell' perspective to the project.

UniSuper is one of Australia’s largest super funds, with more than 450,000 members and over $100 billion in funds under management. With the fund recently opening up to everyone, there is an increased focus on the website to be set up to acquire new members.

I am part of a cross functional team working alongside marketing, product, customer experience, design and development to deliver projects that will increase acquisition of personal accounts.
